Gillian Radford LL.B (Hons), Consultant, specialising in family and housing law. She has extensive experience in public law work such as care proceedings and adoption and private divorce or civil partnership work. Gillian has been a member of the Children Panel since 1989.
Gillian also deals with clients’ wills and supervises the firm’s Probate work.
Gillian is a highly experienced solicitor, having over 30 years’ experience since she qualified as a solicitor in 1977. She is an expert in family law and housing law. She was admitted as a solicitor in l977. She previously worked as a solicitor for Field Fisher & Martineau (now Field Fisher Waterhouse) where she was articled and later employed as an assistant Solicitor, specialising in commercial law.
Gillian left FFW in 1982 to take a new direction in her career as Senior Solicitor at Paddington Law Centre. Whilst at Paddington Law Centre, Gillian specialised in Women’s Rights work. This work included domestic violence, care work and wardship. Gillian Radford was instrumental in taking advice and legal services out into the community in setting up women’s advice sessions at North Paddington Women’s Centre and at other local community centres.
