Martine Foley LL.B (Hons), Principal, qualified as a solicitor in 1999. She joined Gillian Radford & Co as a solicitor specialising in family and housing law in August 1999. In 2001 Martine became an Associate of Gillian Radford & Co. She specialises in all areas of family work including domestic violence, disputes relating to children, ancillary relief, divorce or civil partnership, care proceedings and adoption.
Martine is an expert in all areas of housing law including possession, eviction, disrepair and anti-social behaviour issues including injunctions, and is the Firm’s Housing Supervisor.
Martine is a member of The Law Society's Children Law Panel, Family Law Panel and Resolution Accreditated Specialist.
In January 2010, Martine became the firm's Principal and Proprietor.
Martine is married with two children and enjoys going to the gym, watching films and gardening (when she has time!).
