Martine Foley LL.B (Hons), Principal, qualified as a solicitor in 1999. She joined Gillian Radford & Co as a solicitor specializing in family and housing law in August 1999. In 2001 Martine became an Associate of Gillian Radford & Co. She specializes in all areas of family work including domestic violence, children (both private and public law), divorce and ancillary relief.
Martine also specializes in housing being the Firm’s Housing Supervisor. She specializes in all areas of housing law including possession, eviction, disrepair and anti social behaviour issues including injunctions.
In January 2010, Martine became the firm's Principal and Proprietor.
Martine is married with two children and enjoys going to the gym, watching films and gardening when she has time.
