If you are unhappy about any aspect of the service you have received, please contact in the first instance the solicitor dealing with your case, and if your complaint cannot be resolved then please contact our Office Manager, who will handle your complaint with the assistance of a senior Solicitor. Your complaint will be handled in accordance with the firm’s complaints procedure.
