Martine Foley
Experience
Martine qualified as a solicitor in 1999 after training at two law firms in Surrey. Upon qualification, she moved to Gillian Radford & Co. Martine has worked at our firm since, initially as an assistant solicitor before progressing to an associate solicitor. On the 1st January 2010, she took over the Firm as the Principal and has been managing the Firm ever since. She is an experienced family and housing solicitor, with expertise in both fields acting for a range of private clients.
Specialisms
Martine specialises in divorce, ancillary relief, partnership breakdown, care proceedings, and international child issues. In addition, she is experienced in all types of housing law acting for tenants and has a particular interest in homelessness and related issues.

Martine is an accredited Resolution Member in Domestic Violence and Private Law Children, a member of the Family Law Panel, a member of the Advanced Family Law Panel, and a member of the Children Act Panel. She is also a member of The International Child Abduction and Contact Unit panel.
Specialisms
Grainne is experienced in all types of family law including domestic violence, divorce, Children Act proceedings, and care proceedings. In addition, she has experience in all types of housing law, including homeless applications, Section 202 reviews, and Section 204 Appeals. Furthermore, she acts for tenants in relation to housing matters including possession proceedings, unlawful evictions, and landlord and tenant disputes.

Specialisms
Laura specialises in drafting Lasting Powers of Attorney, Wills and dealing with probate matters for all sizes of estate.
In her family work, Laura is experienced in divorce, matters relating to children (including who they live with and who they spend time as well as orders to prevent removal of children), social services matters (Child Protection) and care and adoption proceedings.
She also works with clients who have suffered domestic abuse to obtain injunctions and occupation orders to protect them (and their children).
In her housing work, she acts for tenants in regards to eviction and possession proceedings as well as homeless applications to the Local Authority and appeals of negative homeless decisions.
